Rücksendekonditionen

Wir möchten, dass du mit deinem Einkauf bei Philings rundum zufrieden bist. Deshalb bieten wir dir ein transparentes und kundenfreundliches Widerrufsrecht.

Widerrufsrecht

Du kannst deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen.

So widerrufst du deine Bestellung

Um dein Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, sende uns bitte eine schriftliche Mitteilung per E-Mail mit deinem Entschluss. Du erhältst von uns eine Bestätigung des Eingangs deines Widerrufs.

Rücksendung der Ware

• Bitte sende die Artikel in ihrem ursprünglichen Zustand zurück.

• Die Rücksendung in der Originalverpackung wird empfohlen, ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.

• Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägst du als Kunde.

• Die Ware muss spätestens 14 Tage nach Mitteilung des Widerrufs an uns zurückgesendet werden. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn du die Ware vor Ablauf dieser 14 Tage absendest.

Erstattung

Nach Erhalt und Prüfung der Rücksendung erstatten wir dir den Kaufpreis innerhalb von 14 Tagen auf dein ursprünglich gewähltes Zahlungsmittel.

Bitte beachte, dass wir die Rückzahlung verweigern können, bis wir die Waren erhalten haben.

Ausnahmen vom Widerrufsrecht

Das Widerrufsrecht gilt nicht für:

• Individuell angefertigte Artikel

• Versiegelte Waren, die aus hygienischen oder gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn die Versiegelung entfernt wurde

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

How to Cancel Your Order

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a written notice via email stating your decision. You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us.

Returning the Goods

• Please return the items in their original condition.

• Returning them in the original packaging is recommended but not mandatory.

• You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

• The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been removed
